I am a Jesus-follower, longtime pastor, and pastoral leadership coach who has walked through both the joys and challenges of ministry for over three decades. I know firsthand that while ministry is a sacred calling, it can also bring seasons of pressure, discouragement, and isolation that many pastors carry quietly.

Throughout my ministry, I have had the privilege of leading growing churches, revitalizing congregations, planting new works, and mentoring leaders across North America and internationally. From multi-campus ministry to church planting, leadership development, and crisis navigation, I’ve experienced ministry from nearly every angle.

I hold a Doctor of Ministry degree with a focus on leadership during seasons of crisis and transition. My heart is to walk alongside pastors — not as an expert talking down, but as a fellow shepherd who understands the realities of ministry life and the need for wisdom, health, and gospel-centered clarity.

Before entering full-time ministry, I spent years in the secular media world, serving in an award-winning broadcast career that sharpened my passion for clear communication, leadership, and excellence. That background continues to shape how I coach leaders today.

 

Through coaching, I help pastors gain clarity, strengthen their leadership, guard their spiritual health, and lead with renewed confidence. My desire is to see pastors not just survive ministry, but thrive in it — leading well, loving their people deeply, and finishing strong.
